The Donny Schatz late model car and Brandon Sheppard 410 car are available now. Anyone who preordered (standard or gold edition, Xbox or PlayStation) should have those.
If you did not pre-order the game you cannot purchase the above-mentioned DLC separately.
The Appearance Pack is the first paid DLC. It is included in the Season Pass (and, therefore, the Gold Edition) and was available at launch.
All other DLC is coming in the future.
